About this Pumpkin Shake
This creamy, cool, satisfying pumpkin milkshake has all the flavors of Fall, but can be made while it’s still hot outside. It basically tastes like pumpkin pie in milkshake form.
We haven’t personally tried it, but we've been told it’s an excellent copycat recipe of Aunt Gravity’s in Disney’s Magic Kingdom.
If you love pumpkin or pumpkin spice, you will love this milkshake.
Pumpkin Milkshake Recipe Ingredients
- Vanilla ice cream – our favorite in this recipe is Blue Bell From-scratch Vanilla
- Milk – whole milk will give the richest, creamiest result, but we like 2% in this
- Pumpkin puree – be sure to get pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling
- Brown sugar – you can use light or dark brown sugar in this recipe
- Pumpkin pie spice – if you can’t find it, you can use a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, and ginger
- Whipped cream – premade or from-scratch are both excellent in this
- Caramel sauce – we usually find this in the section with the chocolate syrup in our grocery store. We like Torani and Ghirardelli brands a house favorite in this. You could also make it from-scratch if you want.
