Balsamic vinaigrette – You could also swap this out for ranch or your other favorite dressing. We prefer to use Bolthouse Farms Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Grape tomatoes – You can use any tomatoes you like, but we find grape tomatoes work best for mason jar salads.

Gorgonzola cheese – You could swap the gorgonzola cheese out with blue cheese if you prefer.

Chives – Fresh chives work best!

Hard boiled egg – we make ours in the Instant Pot using This recipe.

Chicken – It needs to be cooked. We like using boneless, skinless chicken breast.
