Chili Lime Rice Recipe

The ever popular cilantro lime doesn’t quite get made the same in our house. We make this version of Jalapeno Lime Rice in this house. It takes your cilantro lime rice up a notch with a touch of heat. We prefer this over any other cilantro lime rice.

What is Jalapeno Rice?

Jalapeno Rice is basmati or jasmine rice that has been toasted in butter with fresh jalapenos and then cooked until fluffy with salt and lime juice.

This rice uses broth rather than water to cook through and is finished off with fresh cilantro.

The method is similar to cilantro lime rice but with a spicy kick!
