Home-style Summer Salad

If you’re looking for a short-list, straightforward, filling salad, this is the one. We make this one quite a bit during the summer. It’s the time when the tomatoes taste memorable, cucumbers are always juicy, the avocados are ripe, and all the produce tastes so much better.
We include a couple forms of protein including egg, bacon, and cheese. Feel free to add or omit to whatever fits your tastes. We top ours with our semi-from-scratch ranch dressing. We'll post the recipe for that soon! Aside from ranch, any sort of light summery dressing would work great on this. If you use the maple turkey bacon like we do, it adds a ton of flavor.

If you make this recipe and love it, we would love a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating! It helps us continue to provide free recipes.
