Tips & Tricks for the Best Sliders
The ground beef will feel like it might be too much. Stack it high on top of the cheese and smooth it out a little. It’s okay if a little bit falls out. The burger meat will cook down a little as it bakes.
Resist the urge to break the rolls apart. Cut the whole thing horizontally. This recipe works best if you keep the rolls together. You can cut them and separate them when they’re done cooking.
You can either use a baking sheet or a cookie sheet to make these. For even less cleanup, you can also make these sliders in a Disposable foil pan.
